Important Information Regarding Participation

1. The ticket price includes full catering during the event, one overnight stay at the 5-star hotel Das Central, as well as participation in the exclusive driving program.
2. The ticket is valid per person – you are welcome to bring an accompanying person. Please note that the accompanying person cannot take part in the driving program. The price for an accompanying person is EUR 500.00 including VAT and includes the following services: use of the wellness area, coffee break, two lunches, a 5-course dinner in the evening, and one overnight stay in a double room. To book this option, please select the ticket “Slot X – one driving participant + one accompanying person.” It is not possible to book or register an accompanying person after the ticket purchase has been completed.
3. The local tax amounts to EUR 5.00 per person/night and must be paid directly at the hotel.
4. If you wish to extend your stay, you have the option to book an additional night directly with the Das Central hotel. Please note that booking and payment for the extension night can only be arranged directly with the hotel. Availability and applicable rates are subject to the hotel’s current offer. 5. Please note: The number of places is strictly limited. Cancellations are not possible.
6. The event will take place regardless of weather conditions.
7. Participation is open to individuals aged 21 and above who hold a valid driver’s license for passenger cars. Before the start of the event, all participants will be required to sign a liability waiver.

Data Protection Information

The personal data you provide will be processed for the organization and execution of the above-mentioned event. For this purpose, data may be shared with involved service providers – such as the hosting hotel or an agency commissioned by BMW – insofar as this is necessary for the implementation of the event.
